Why did my MetaMask app crash?

Why hasn't my balance updated?
This is typically caused by a bad network connection. We recommend trying a different network.

Updating to latest version
Extension updates automatically whenever you lock and unlock the app. Mobile may update automatically, but this depends on your device settings. To learn more about updates, see this article.
